How quickly can we go live?
SMS can launch in one to two weeks once consent and opt-out handling are in place. WhatsApp takes a little longer — business verification and template approval through the platform usually add one to two weeks on top. We run setup in parallel with building your first flows, so you're sending within three to four weeks in most cases.
How is pricing structured?
Two parts. A setup-and-strategy fee to build your opt-in flows, automations and templates, then ongoing management scaled to volume and number of active campaigns. Separate from our fee, you pay the messaging cost — SMS is priced per segment and WhatsApp per conversation, both passed through at cost. We forecast that spend up front so there are no surprises, and we report revenue against it every month.
What do we need to provide?
Access to your store or CRM so we can sync customers and trigger flows on real events, your branding and any offers you want to run, and a verified business — for WhatsApp, a registered company and a dedicated phone number. If you already have an opt-in list, we'll audit consent before we send a single message. If you don't, we'll build the sign-up flows to grow one.
How do you measure success and stay compliant?
We track delivery, open, click and reply rates, but the number that matters is revenue per message and cost per conversion — reported monthly against your messaging spend. On compliance, every contact opts in explicitly, every message carries a clear opt-out, and we follow GDPR, PECR and the WhatsApp Business policy.
