E-commerce & Headless Commerce

Online stores that load in under two seconds, rank in search, and turn more visits into orders. Headless under the hood, so it scales without a rebuild.

A slow store loses sales on every page. Each extra second of load time costs you conversions, and a checkout that stutters on mobile bleeds revenue you never see. We build commerce on a headless architecture — a fast front end decoupled from your platform — so product pages render instantly, search engines index every SKU, and your team ships changes without waiting on a monolith. Whether you're launching a new catalog or replatforming a store that's hit its ceiling, the result is a storefront that's fast to load and effortless to buy from.

How we work

Our approach

No mystery, no busywork — a clear sequence that gets you a result you can measure.

01

Map the catalog and the conversion path

We start with your products, your customers, and the steps between landing and purchase. We audit the current store if you have one — load times, drop-off points, search visibility — and agree the metrics that matter: conversion rate, page speed, average order value. No build begins without a target to hit.

02

Design and build the storefront headless

We design product and checkout pages around how people actually buy, then build them on a decoupled front end. The platform handles inventory, payments, and orders; the storefront stays lean and fast. We set a performance budget early and hold the build to it, so speed is engineered in, not bolted on later.

03

Integrate, test, and prove the numbers

We wire payments, inventory, search, and analytics, then test the full purchase flow on real devices and slow connections. Before launch we benchmark Core Web Vitals and checkout completion. After launch we watch the data and tune — because the job is orders placed, not pages shipped.

FAQ

Questions, answered

How long does an e-commerce build take?
A focused store on a headless Shopify setup typically takes six to ten weeks from kickoff to launch. A larger catalog with custom integrations, multi-currency, or a replatform from an existing store runs ten to sixteen weeks. We scope it precisely after seeing your products and requirements, and we work in stages so you see the storefront taking shape rather than waiting for one big reveal.
How do you price a commerce project?
We price by project scope, not by the hour, so you know the cost before we start. Pricing depends on catalog size, the integrations you need, and whether we're building fresh or replatforming. After a short discovery call we send a fixed proposal with clear deliverables and milestones. Ongoing care and conversion work are quoted separately as a monthly retainer if you want us on hand after launch.
What do you need from us to get started?
Your product data — names, descriptions, images, pricing, variants — in whatever form you have it, plus access to your commerce platform and payment provider. If you're replatforming, we'll want access to the current store and its analytics. Brand assets and any existing guidelines help. If product content isn't ready, we can help structure and write it as part of the project.
Why headless instead of a standard Shopify or WooCommerce theme?
A standard theme ties your storefront to the platform's rendering, which limits speed and design freedom. Headless decouples the front end so we can build it on a fast modern framework, hit strong Core Web Vitals, and give search engines clean, indexable pages — while the platform still handles orders and inventory. For smaller catalogs a well-built theme can be the right call, and we'll tell you honestly if that's the better fit for your budget.
